Terms of Service (TOS)
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing www.sbrepoxy.com (the “Site”) or using any SBR Epoxy products or services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. About SBR Epoxy
SBR Epoxy is a California-based flooring contractor that installs and maintains epoxy, polyaspartic and related floor systems for residential and commercial customers.
3. Eligibility & Customer Responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts.
- You agree to furnish accurate information, safeguard any login credentials, and pay all invoices promptly according to the terms on your estimate or contract.
4. Quotes, Deposits & Payment
- Estimates are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- A deposit may be required before materials are ordered.
- Final payment is due upon substantial project completion.
- Overdue balances may accrue interest at 1.5 % per month (18 % APR) or the maximum permitted by law.
5. Project Changes & Delays
Change orders must be in writing and may affect price and timeline. SBR Epoxy is not liable for delays caused by weather, supply-chain issues, or conditions outside our reasonable control.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, photos, and software—is owned by or licensed to SBR Epoxy and protected by U.S. and international IP laws. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission.
7. SMS/Text-Message Program (“SBR Epoxy Alerts”)
As part of our Services we offer an optional text-message program:
1. Program Description – After you opt in, you’ll receive appointment confirmations, project updates, and occasional promotions.
2. Opt-Out – Text STOP to +1-XXX-XXX-XXXX at any time to cancel. We’ll send one final message confirming your opt-out. To re-subscribe, opt in again via web form or text.
3. Help – Text HELP for assistance or email [email protected]
4. Carrier Liability – Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Rates & Frequency – Message frequency varies. Standard message & data rates may apply. For details, contact your wireless provider.

8. Disclaimers
Except as expressly stated, the Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SBR Epoxy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Services.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SBR Epoxy, its owners, employees, and subcontractors from any claims or damages arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Santa Cruz County, CA.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
